During my stay, the staff was amazing, especially Heather, TK and Robin who provided exceptional customer service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice shower. The breakfast was delicious with many tasty options to choose from.
The lack of communication regarding breakfast and pet-friendly policies was an inconvenience.

Friendly check-in with Zachary. GiGi at the bar is joyful. Jimmy in housekeeping loves his job. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice water fountain and indoor/outdoor bar. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Great location and breakfast options. Inviting and well-lit lobby. Smooth check-out process. Will stay again.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious and well-lit. Although there were a few minor issues like the shower door not staying shut and the lack of clothing hooks in the bathroom, I found the experience to be largely positive. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions or needed something, and I enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. I highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites!
